Okay but not what they advertise

Well,lets just say it's not what they advertise,there are 2 pools but they aren't sparkling.They also don't tell you about the sewer and water bill you get every month,so count on a extra 30 dollars a month for that,and also there are no washer and dryers in the apartments,there is only laundry rooms.There are assigned parking spots also,so parking gets congested around here if you have more than one car or guests come over.The rent is okay,if you are going to stay short term,but don't get a upstairs apartment cause you won't be able to get your furniture inside,the staircase winds and it's to hard to do,get a downstairs one.And get ready for some mold too.But if you can deal with all that,then it's okay,I've lived in worse.I wouldn't bother with Plant City anyway,the nicer towns are Valrico and Brandon or South Lakeland
