i think the pools are much better than most, have you seen the other apts around here. Hmmm, i signed a paper when i was moving in saying i pay for water and sewer and its also on my lease' where were you when you moved in' and you actually pay for the water you use, it is meter read here unlike where i used to live. how did you move in not knowing if you had a washer and dryer' the advertisement if i am not mistaken says in select units. didnt you ask' parking does get congested, that is exactly why there is an assigned spot. im sure the office staff didnt build this place, its not their fault. i think they do a pretty good job. the rent here does not reflect a luxury community and i think i receive great service for the price i pay.
