I lived here for a year. They are seriously like Nazis. When I was moving out I had to back into my parking spot to load my car and the crazy old lady that walks around with the clipboard put a giant green sticker on my window because I backed in. They come into your apartment when you're not home and don't notify you. They have a sign at the front that says there are cameras but they don't work. Surprise surprise. And the lady that works in the office that has like 20 kids puts notes on doors if we have more than one vehicle when she has three that she parks in the parking lot. If you have someone stay over for more than 1 night they put a note on your door saying you have an unauthorized person in your apartment that isn't on the lease. I could hear my neighbors shut their microwave door. Now that horrible. The only good thing that came out of this complex was my neighbor who is now my fiance.

Ok I will say that the lady with the clip board can get annoying at times. Me and my husband actually poke fun at her because she does seem to have no life. But I have gotten a note saying I could not back my car out because it makes it hard for them to do an "inspection" on all cars. That is called lazy. I think we should be able to park our cars like we want as long as we are not blocking other cars be being able to park in their places. As far as anything else mention in the message above..... I have not had any problems with anyone at all. I did get a noise note when we first moved here (within 4 days), but we live upstairs and we honestly did not know we were being that loud (it was my birthday and we were be a tad bit loud), and well, we talked to our neighbors and they let us know that if your too loud you can hear people. Once we got the info and got to know our neighbors everything else was great.

nobody in the office goes into apts unless a work order is being completed what such lies that people will tell when they are doing something wrong noone that works in the office has three cars or twenty kids how dumb can you be

I'm sure has exaggerating a tad but I'd have to be on his side. We had a family member come stay once and they were about to evict us unless we put down a deposit for him.

i know for a fact the leasing manager at one point had 3 cars there. yet when i called the office to ask about moving to a 2 bedroom because my fiance and i wanted to live together i was told no it couldn't happen. The leasing manager (if she is still there) a one crazy ass lady. I had the worst experience when i lived there the guy downstairs was dealing drugs and at least once a week pcpd was out there to respond to a 911 call.

Townsgate apartment is the worst apartments ever. This is the first apartemnts complex and i ever lived in and i will never sign a lease again with them. the office manager is so ghetto and unprofessional. she treats you with no respect like she owns this aparment complex and thinks she can make up her own rules and try to kick everone out if you do not obey them. which she really cant do anything since her rules are not on my lease. Now the no backing up is really pathetic!
