I really love living here. I go by the community rules that were explained to me when I moved in, before siging the lease. If I did not want to go by the rules I had the option of not renting here. The maintenance staff is great, they are very timely and efficent. There has been times where they had to come back more than once, but it was repaired. The office staff is very pleasant and very helpful. They are having problems with trying to keep the grounds up right now, but they are doing a great effort. The laundry rooms are very clean and yes at time the machines break down, but they call them in and are fixed with in a few days, but they have 3 laundry facilities on the property so there is always a place to do laundry. The pools are great, as long as the pool hoppers do not trash it or the bathrooms. The staff tries to keep up on that as well, kicking people out all the time with out the pool pass. Which I think is nice, we pay for these amenities, we should be able to enjoy them! On the backing in thing, I was told at the time of my move in, it was due to the Police Department wanting cars pulled in so when they drive through they can see the tags, which is great, they drive through here to check the property. That makes me feel safer, I have seen them driving through here checking things out alot! The playground my daughter loves, my husband likes the car wash area, loves to clean his toys (LOL), I just love that we can be here and enjoy living here without all the ruckis you get elsewhere. They are kinda strict on partiers, which is fine for me, they like to keep it quite out here. I have met many of my neighbors and they are all great. Oh yeah, on the parking space, there is only one space per apartment, but the way my husband and I work it is that who ever gets home first parks in the first non-numbered spot, so whoever gets home last has a parking spot when they get home. Parking is kinda tight in some areas over others, but that is why they have that policy that you can not have more than 2 cars. This way they keep available parking for the residents. But over all I really love living here and will continue.

I can see why they have so many empty apts. living here is like living in a consentration camp!!!!!! And I wouldn't live here for free, the place and it's staff are awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!
