ive been in these apts since sept 2009 and although is been 2 months there has already been many incidents. there has been a sexual predator living here for god knows how long until i notified the landlord. you would figure that they would know the kind of people they have living here or would do their own search from time to time. there has been someone caught breaking into a car. in my aparment alone i have had problems with my dish washer it fills up with nasty water by its own and the maintenance has not gone to fix it. its been over 1 month! the stove burners dont work and they havent done nohing. but when i came with my family to look at it they were all very nice and courtious but once you move in they have no manners or respect. they should have patience and perform their job and obligations in a profesional manner. these apartments lack profesionalism!!!!! there are better apartments for the same rent price that include washer/dryer and cable. woodbridge!
