The apartments are very cute. They have lots of character. The outside is cute as well. The problem with living here seems to be that the other residents are not the cleanest. There is a nice fountained pond to enjoy. However, the staff has to constantly pick up trash around and in it. People throw trash all over the place despite the fact there is a trash can. Also there is a train that runs right by it. No one mentioned that before we moved in. The maintainence staff is very capable and have fixed emergency needs within the hour. The carpet should have been replaced before we moved in. Clean or not, there were stains all over it. There was also a few minor repairs that we asked to be fixed when we moved in that have not been seen to yet. That was almost a year ago. Overall it is a great place. I have no plans of moving anytime soon.
