I currently live here. The apartments are spacious and the rent is lower than most places but the walls are very thin. Since I moved in (2004) there are repairs that haven't been tended to yet and I doubt they will be. I have had two appliances end up flooding my kitchen because they are very outdated. Nothing was done about water damage to my apartment but the tenant below me had a carpet cleaning the next day. It is true that the maintence staff looks as though they spend more time riding around on golf carts. This is the first apartment I have ever lived in and it doesn't really seem as though it's much different than anywhere else. Other tenants are fine but often dont realize how much noise they do cause. I've never noticed any problems with the playground but people do tend to throw trash on the ground or even place their own trash from home in the garbage cans on the playground instead of the huge dumpster out front. I personally have never used the pool, I think I've walked in that gate twice, it does get shut down for unknown reasons. There is little to no parking unless your building is in the back of the property. Mold grows on the windows in the winter and the office claims its because the windows are finely crafted - until I lived here I've never had to bleach my windows. Lastly, so far I have yet to know someone who has lived here who has received any portion of their deposit back.
