Woodbridge has great looking apartments but let me tell you... it almost takes an act from Congress to get any repairs done!! also, getting the leasing office to answer phones or call back is an absolute fiasco. They also use the cheapest pest control company they can find and they apparently spray water because the ants and roach infestation is unbearable!!! My son also got bitten about 10 times while sleeping by ants. The leasing office was not one bit concerned or sympathetic. They are also letting in jitterbugs..(aka hoodlums)and that leads to a trashier neighborhood.. no where I would want to raise my 3yr old son!
The security access gate only worked about 3 months out of my 2yr stay. The pool is filthy and has holes in the bottom that they have to patch up and close the entire pool about 2 weeks every month.
I do not recommend this complex period.

I looked at this review wanted to see. so, i called the office four times everytime the answered. And pest control, well, it's florida people wake up. Keep your place clean

yes they answered their phones now because I had the director at their Corportate office get onto the management team smart ass! As a matter of fact, my bathroom floor is cleaner than your teeth right now so if you choose to live there in that type of atmosphere than best wishes... by the way, I read in the Courier last week 2 drug dealings in the 1500 Plantation Grove Ct block.. but you have to find out for yourself

I have lived at Woodbridge since December and have not gotten one thing repaired yet!!!!!! I gave them a letter on Jan 29th that my toilet overflowed everytime it was flushed and that my large burner does not work and my garbage disposal is broken for the 2nd time. I had no response I gave another letter on Friday Feb 16th it is now Sat Feb 24th and still nothing works. When I turned in the 2nd letter I also told the girl in the front office of my problems. I concider my toilet to be a health issue and will be reporting this this week. When I movede here I had just moved in to the area and did not know. I can not wait till my lease is up

I agree. This complex is not a good one because of management. I thought it was going to be a great place to live too. The unfriendly staff never answers/returns phone calls and just have excuses about why not. Hey! Maybe they're screening their calls! You have to actually try and catch them face-to-face to get anything accomplished and that is very inconvenient. And let me tell you about the hoodlums....it wasn't like this when I first moved in. Loud music, garbage laying around, yelling and screaming at night. They sent out a letter recently about vandalism and kids being disruptive but what do they expect? It's becoming ghetto here. I can't wait to move either!
