The only word I can think of for these apartments is HORRIBLE!! Ever since we first walked into these apartments to look at them we've been lied to. The management is incredibly horrible and unreliable. They sit on their high horses and do NOTHING!

We've been here for almost a year and pest controls been here ONCE. And that was because we requested them. I have found ants everywhere, even in my son's changing table.

Apartments are made cheaply and you can here EVERYTHING. Neighbors are rude and NOONE watches their kids. We once had a little boy ride his bike into my 6 month old sons car carrier.

Can't say I've seen drugs around here, but I wouldn't put it past these people. I have seen used condoms inthe parking lot and cops are here often. I was told the pool was once closed due to contamination.

Gates are always broken. When we first moved in, management told us they had just installed a camera to take pictues of the plates of cars entering into the exit gate. Bold face lie.

We were told the rent didn't usually go up, if it did it was like $5.00. We recently got our renewal contract, it went up $30.00.

I read theis site before we moved in and thought it couldn't be as bad as everyone said. Thought we could make the best of it. Don't lie to yourself. Run and runaway fast....

I agree most of what you are saying. But, pest control like everywhere else you MUST request it. If you have a bug problem its your fault! The office people yes they lie!!! as far as cameras they had them two years ago. And they do work.!! They kicked some people out for having sex in the pool. They recorded it

Jamilies, I'm not sure why you defend these people of this place. You obviosuly have to work here. When we signed our lease, they said pest control comes every 3 months. They haven't. We've requested pest control NUMEROUS times. They've been here ONCE. The last time being about a month ago. Still no sign of them. And you obviously don't know what you talking about because all apartments are REQUIRED to provide pest control on a regular basis. Our last apartments had them there every three months like clockwork. They also told us when we signed our lease that they had JUST installed a camera to take pics of the plates. Not that they've been there for two years. I know people who do enter through the exit gate and have never gotten any kind of notice.

I HATE these apartments! The only thing nice is the layouts. The staff SUCK to put it nicely. The pest control is a huge problem, I agree. I lived here 2 years ago. My son was 2 and got eat up in ants one night. I later discovered ants in the sheets! And I kept my place very very clean. I have moved into the apartments next door and believe me, a BIG difference. They provide pest control as soon as you request it and there has not even been one tiny ant or anything at all. The staff should have to work in insect-filled offices and let them feel what it is like and what type of properties they are leasing there. I do not recommend anyone to live here at all. Everything about them are horrible. This is also a government assisted Property so you get alot of lower class people. There are TONS of kids so if you leave anytime between 7-7:35 am, you will sit for 15mins in the drive just waiting for about 200 kids to get in and sit down on the bus. (ok I exagerated a little, maybe about 100 kids) but it is ridiculous. If you want peace and quiet then do not live here.
