One step above a slum The fitness center has been closed. The car care area was removed. Termite infested. Grass get cut when they feel like it. Maintenance is horrible. Pipes back up with raw sewage. Office staff dishonest. Police here often.

Nice I moved in a month ago. I had a few minor issues but Mario the maintenance man fixed everything so quick. The main lady in the front was awesome and got me a free carpet cleaning. I also got an upgraded apartment so its worth what i paid for. I'm verry happy.
