Lakes at Jacarnada wasnt that bad when they were just apartments. But now that they are doing condo conversions, dont even think about it. They are so dishonest and VERY money hungry. They want 160,000 for my piece of crap apartment. Are they crazy' I have a 1/1, 840 sq. ft. It is definitely not worth it. I dont even have a view. I just bought a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse for less than that. My AC is horrible, my dishwasher sucks, I never have enough hot water and the carpet is so cheap.
