I have been here just over a year. I am a renter but I would never ever buy here. The owners are on a mission to collect money that they must not be receiving in the form of fees by towing every care for any possible reason. I have a parking sticker and park in the right place and still continue to have my car towed. I have paid a total of $5oo for this not to mention the pain of waking up and not knowing if your car will be there. These people are very money hungry and I am so glad that I will be moving soon.

Does it still have leaking problems like a previous reviewer said?

ive been there for about 6 months and i have seen one car towed... i have never had my car towed because i know where to park it, there is so many places to park you car but people get lazy and decide not to park where they are supossed to be parking at.

I am considering leasing a one bdrm unit. I am somewhat concerned about the towing issue and the leaking as I read. What about the 2 decals for your car. What about when you have a party and have 10 or more people, where do they park ? That is a concern to me
