When we first moved in, it was cheap, had alot of kids in the neighborhood. They kept the grounds nice. Well, after the hurricane wilma, it took them forever to get the grounds up to date, and when we moved out in april of 2008, they still had to cut down trees that are about to fall over from the hurricane from a year and a half ago. The hot tubs hardly work. We had several car break ins or stolen, which one happend two doors down from us. It took them along time to fix the roofs when they had damage, and even had leaking problems on the first floor. Its crazy how the rent goes up about 150 bucks or so just to renew and plus on top of that want to get renters insurance when before it was not mandatory. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors blast there music loud every night. I would not recommend it anymore it has gone downhill. Plus we had to break our lease two months early because of a job transfer because we would of been out of a job and they would not work with us at all and had to pay alot of money. We always payed rent on time and had no problems. I would stay away if I were you and go somewhere else The place we are staying at now is a three bedroom with attached garage and are paying less than what we were there.
