Rude Manager who is a trash mouth

I went into the office and heard the manager cursing like a sailor. She also had the nerve to call the people that live in the trailer park across the street "TRASH". Coming from her it was like the "Pot and the Kettle". The office and maintenance staff are rude. I wish others would list their bad experiences here so that others do not make the same mistake that I did and move in to the community. Anyone that has had
any other problems with this place and the nasty manager please email and let me know.
