I have been living in these apts for a short time now and the experience has been very positive so far. In fact, I am very surprized at the earlier negative review.

The apts are very decent and better than some of the apts I have lived up north. The quality of construction is typical of mid/high range apartments; good but not awesome; but then you should not be expecting condo or house quality in an apt.

I particularly like my 2 bed apt's layout, each bedroom is a master bedroom. The living room is large with vaulted ceilings, my 29" tv feels small in the place. The kitchen and laundry appliances are good quality and made by Whirlpool. Lower level apts have garages which I don't care about. The entire community is gated.

The community is very pet friendly but I certainly haven't smelt poop or urine while walking around. They even have pet get togethers, which I found to be a little funny. There are two large ponds with fountains and a nice gazebo in the complex. The pool and gym are nice too. Its all quite nice.

The valet trash thingy seems to be a Florida special, many apts have it. Personally, I don't think its worth it.

Haven't had any maintenance complaints so far. One of the maintenance guys was very helpful in moving some heavy stuff to my 3rd floor apt. Same for the girls in the office, they seem friendly and I haven't had any issues with them.

I will write an update if my view changes, but for now, I would certainly recommend that anyone interested in living here check out this place.

Oh, BTW, downtown ft lauderdale is less than 30 min away.
