the area is somewhat of a ghetto....theres always people yelling at each other outside (mostly in spanish) the washers and dryers are disgusting, there are always kids yelling in the parking lots, throwing stuff around and riding bikes way too close to cars....my air conditioner freezes up every 12-18 hrs...and i havent had a smoke detector all year (ive requested one several times, especially after a fire that gutted the building next to mine in august)

my lease is up in less than a month and im getting the hell out of here!
