If you like getting a decent nights sleep don't count on it here!!! If it's not neighbors bodyslamming one another then you'll be rudely awakened on any given Sunday by the loudest possible mariachi music on the planet. English is certainly NOT the predominate language in this septic tank of an apartment. They raise the rents every renewal(for what I have no idea), getting neighbor disputes settled you might as well get familiar with the Margate police # since this complex will do NOTHING to help you. Your utilities will also run you a cool 100 a month because of non energy efficiend 25yr old ac units and leaky windows. We sat through hurricane Frances for 5 days with no power. Think they give a flying F*** about you as you roast' HELL NO! YOu could die from heat exhaustion and nobody would either know or care. And make sure the post office knows your address BY HEART because if it is mistakenly put in the wrong box, expect it to be stolen. And last but not least is the incompetant management and office staff who act ignorant(or are retarded). One more thing, you'll have instant roommates as the vermin who live here like to sweep garbage out the doors so expect many a roach to keep you company on hot summer nights!
