I recently moved in to this slum. I wish I would have found this apartment site earlier than I would have never rented in this ghetto as its been called. The electricity surges on and off throughout the day depending on how many people are home to use it. There are massive holes in my walls that have been patched over poorly. The doors have been previously used but were flipped over to fit the opening of the interior door. The outside door has dried out weather stripping that causes all of my cool air to escape and lets the hot air in. That's not even including the heat that comes in from the outside windows. When you take a shower, the water temperature will be fine for 2 minutes and then drop and rise extreme temperatures either freezing your bones or scalding your skin. And thats when the water is actually ON. One time I was taking a shower and had soap all over me and the water was abruptly turned off without notice. The neighbors are either illegal or drug addicts possibly both who cram 10 other people in a studio apartment and play loud marachi music all day! No one speaks english and if they do, they feel the same way I do. Then you have the other neighbors who constantly bicker and must be throwing furniture around smacking the walls until the wee hours of the morning. The washer/ dryers they state that they provide are old and useless and eat your money. The washer doesnt get out any stains or dirt and the dryer if you lucky just goes around in a circle. It would be faster to dry your clothes in a pool. Oh, the pool, the dirty filthy algae infested pool. Dont go swimming if you value your health. Now lets start on the trash. The dumpsters are always over flowing with a serious stench coming from them. The bugs that you see crawling away from the heap of stink eventually will wind up in your apartment no matter how many times you lay down bug traps. Try taking a shower with a cockroach while avoiding the scalding water. Not fun. The mail is always put in the wrong boxes. I dont think I've gotten mail in a week! And this isnt even the lousy management that they have going on. Cindy is the person that you go to if you dont want things in the apartment fixed. She will never get back to you and always has a way of avoiding issues except when the issue is that you have your rent check. 2 other apartment buildings have burnt down due to faulty wiring and oh, the security guard who took his girlfriend hostage and then shot up his apartment and set everything on fire. If you havent found out, security is what we need to protect ourselves from. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY
