I have lived here for 5 years, during which time the ceiling has fallen down (SEVERAL times), the wall that holds the air conditioner has disintegrated and I have been without phone service for more than 2 months (TWICE!!)--no not during the hurricanes, just because management could not care LESS. They told me to get a cell phone. It took more than a dozen conversations and then the threat of a lawsuit before they'd even let the phone guy IN for repair (on my dime). I've been locked out (SEVERAL emergency calls over SEVERAL days were not returned). My bathtub has nearly fallen through the floor...and that's only the half of it...one building has burned down, a maintenance guy went crazy and barricaded himself in his apt....And in that time I've had dozens of neighbors, because they are constantly evicting people ($5 short on your rent' The late fee is $100 and you're evicted!). It behooves me how the hell they get so much in rent, it must be because of their location, but trust me, this place should be condemned. Consider moving into your car before moving here--trust me, you'll have fewer hassles and be much more comfortable.
