Moved into apartment Sept 06. Had large bugs, a carpet soaking water leak, no screens so windows could be opened, patio door did not open, stove caught on fire, washer chewed holes in my clothes, dryer could be heard in the next apartment, mailbox key would not work, exhaust fan in bathroom inoperative, could care less management, no enforcement of the dog walking "rule"; dog feces in the area outside bedroom window. i was one of the many burglary victims, happened in broad daylight and thieve got away with several thousand dollars worth of belongings. Was charged for the mess the thieves made when i moved out. in short, this is the worst place i have EVER rented. Tell everyone you know to stay away from this place. Management could never get maintanence requests correct, i just gave up after a while. a nieghbor was broken into and assaulted while i was there.
