I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to rent from the Oaks at Pompano. The staff has a very nasty attitude. It take months for them to repair anything. The parking lot be full of trash and other depris. My most complaint is the Staff members especially Angela. Attitude stinks SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

Well i personally think the office staff is great. Angie and viviana are the best. they work very hard and have a stressful job. i bet none of you idots that are writing these lame as posts about stupid repairs have the balls to go to the office and tell them how you feel. Second of all you guy probably don't even got good jobs like these girls do. They went to school unlike yaw lame ass low income petty ass ignorant people. I'm happy at the Oaks. And if you have any problems be a woman and go to the office. IF NOT MOVE OUT. bUT WAIT you can't afford to live in a better place. Next time think twice. AND IF the office staff found out what you are posting. beleive me you wouldn't be living there anymore. STUPID ASS lOW BASTEREDS

I live at the oaks at pompano for 10 years,and I never had a problem with repairs. I call. and they come right away and fix the problem quick and efficiently.The grounds are kept up everyday.The garbage bins are sloppy because of some lazy residents that can`t get close enough to the can, and just drop in front on the floor. Golive at another complex that cheap,and see if is as nice and clean as here. I really doubt it. from Tom 107

433 sw 1st ct I lived at Oaks at Pompano for 6 months and I hated it they never did what they were suppose to do. And yes they did have a very nasty Attitude, I was the only one working because my boyfriend got laid off of work and they didn't adjust my rent what type of place does that? THEY SUCK I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE & THEY HAVE DUMB RULES... STUPID PPL...
