I moved in a few months ago and I really love the place except for the office staff. The manager's kid practically lives in the computer room. He's kinda creepy too. I dont think a day or evening goes by that he is not in there. The manager had the gull to talk about me to one of my neighbors to keep my dog on a leash when myself and many other neighbors have seen her not even clean up after her dog! I yet to see a leash on her dog. I would prefer to have a letter sent to my door than hearing personal issues from my neighbors. Besides all that, the place is in a great location and its very clean. I would reccommend it, just stay away from the office.

i think there may be a new manager now because i've never seen the manager's kid in the computer room. i have to say that from the day i came to see this place, the office staff has been the best part of my experience! they've provided great, personal service.

The office staff is THE ONLY REASON I did not stay. I was an excellent tenant, never one complaint, always paid rent on time and they treated me like a criminal. Since moving out I have run into neighbors that said the same thing. It's amazing they still work there.

Occupancy continues to decline. Most neighbors are waiting until leases expire then goodbye to this once nice property. Resident Mgr is in way over her head - lacks the ability to pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel. Most all residents hope she'll get her pink slip soon and they'll bring in new management.
