I love living here because the many drug dealers living on property make my illicit purchases convenient. No need to travel to an unsavory part of town just amble on down the hall and wait until you smell weed or incense. I really can't comment on their prices but surely they will offer some discount since you will probably become a repeat customer.

100% NONSENSE!!! I have lived here for two years now, and it is very obvious that we are not living in the same apartment complex. Please do not write untruths about this community. If you dislike living here - MOVE OUT! Don't bash it on here with lies and untrue statements. Obviously you have some beef with the management so you decide to write lies, racial slurs and moronic nonsense. I gotta tell ya - You're a real winner! The hallways are vacuumed a few times a week - and steam cleaned as needed due to irresponsible pet owners who let their pets dump on the carpet. How freakin vile and lazy! Be responsible for your own dog's crap!! This is a nice community, but any rental property is bound to have a few low-lifes in it. Especially morons who think it's ok to let a dog take a dump on a carpeted hallway! The only true statement in your pathetic rant is about the broken gate. I inquired about it to the manager, and she let me know that another company is coming in to replace it. As for the Maintenance staff, they have solved any minor issues I have encountered very efficiently. It just really bothers me to see lies and trash written about people and the way they do their job all because of some pissed-off racist nitwit.

I live here at the Residences at Bayview an I agree with the person complaining. The manager sucks! What happened to that Maintenance guy Gabriel? I havent seen him around for several months and now my issues in my apt are not getting fixed. You can tell that the attached response stating 100% Nonsense was written by a staff member. If you lived here, you would agree with the complaints!

I have lived here for 3 years and it is true that we have unsolved problems, but it is so sad the lack of education that you have. If you have any complaint just write the truth, do not be such an .... to say racist comments!

Hopefully enough people will ignore the comments by the obvious staff member who claims any complaints are racist. Get Real! Don't know about the dogs as what you are stating is a blatant lie. Vacuuming the hallways? Also another lie. Beautiful property that has fallen into disrepair due to the lack of experience and ability of the current manager. Since she is reading this, Good! Maybe we can form a Renter's Union and set up our first Rent Strike and get her replaced with someone that knows what they're doing. As for the broken gate, "...another company is coming in to replace it"?!? Where are they coming in from? Switzerland? It is obvious that RAM management either doesn't care about this property or they just don't know to what degree the entire place has deterioated. And I'll stand by my "rent to --------- only" comments. I was not aware that Hispanic was a race(?) separate from Caucasian.

Hey big pecs, first let me say that I'm extremely impressed with your user name, extremely. It sounds to me that with all of your obviously valid(becasue you say so) points you should be able to just move out, so why don't you, please just go. Being a racist is an obvious sign of lack of intelligence on your part, that and your spelling problems but that's a different story. You're obviously a very unhappy person and need to take your problems out on people with your lack of intelligence. Good for you, I'm sure it makes you feel a lot bigger. Interesting that every good comment is looked at by you as an employee and invalid. How do we know you aren't a disgruntled previous employee? Hmmm, good point... Get a different hobby, this ones getting old.
