I have been here 2 years now, and wouldn't think of moving out of here. Yes, every apartment community receives wear and tear by people who are just plain ignornant. I give alot of credit to the maintenance guys in this place. They are always picking up trash, painting hallways, cleaning hallway carpets and fixing other damages that are caused by individuals who just don't care. Anyways, keep up the great work!

What a joke! If you think the 5 Star rating is from a tenant, you're the most gullible person on the face of the earth. Property is always dirty and mismanagement is their credo.
