The office staff is a bunch of ----'s. Dont think about having friends over because there's no place to park and the office will call the tow company and get their kick back (for real) within 20 seconds of you parking in the always-empty parking lot where there is an abandoned bakery.

Seriously, they have turned what was a nice place to live into a very unhospitable place. I can't even tell you how many people are moving out.

Not to mention that right next door the same developer built condos. The owners of the condo's cant sell them (gotta love Florida's real estate market) so they are all sitting there for rent. They are MUCH nicer, newer and include wood floors, granite coutertops, and stainless steel appliances all for much less than this management company charges for rent.

THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO MOVE INTO WITH THE REAL ESTATE MARKET SUFFERING LIKE IT IS....they charge WAY too much for rent and as I said, there's a ton of people moving out everyday.

FLEE before its too late

Agree to both comments, this was the WORST experience I have ever had. They even tow the current resident's cars from future residents parking and these people are PAYING RENT. Everyone I have spoken to is moving out because of the management staff.

Occupancy continues to decline. Most neighbors are waiting until leases expire then goodbye to this once nice property. Resident Mgr is in way over her head - lacks the ability to pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel. Most all residents hope she'll get her pink slip soon and they'll bring in new management.

had a terrible experience even trying to rent -- called them beforehand, told me all kinds of things were available, and lied to no end. Once i got there, all the terms had changed, and it was a wasted trip. VERY BAD LEASING OFFICE STAFF. After these reviews, glad they were.
