I've been at Seacast since 1998 and I can tell you that since they changed the office manager I see that any request or issue is easily resolved. The previous office manager was a b....ch! Now the change is evident in the office and I have an inmediate response of the maintenance staff and management is outstanding. The property is well maintained and it is very pleasant to live.The only thing that I would like to see changed is to find parking late at night.

I agree the maintenance is very good,but the office lady is terrible and very very ignorant
