It is near impossible to get a maintenance order completed! I have had SEVERAL requests in and am still waiting...a year later. They can't even fix something simple! It takes them forever. Also, the turn around in the office is awful and no one seems to know what they are doing. What happened to the news letter' The place is going downhill. I am not renewing my lease when it is up.
