Management SUCKS

The management sucks here. They had my father sign a new lease in Feburary the old lease expired March 31st. He paid April's rent they accepted it and 17 days into the new lease they tell him he has 7 days to get out. They responded that her people have quit and they just got his folder done. What is the purpose of having residents sign a new lease a month in advance if they aren't going to notify you that there was a problem until you are in the new lease. I don't recommend living here. The office staff is horrible.
