Do Not Live Here

Okay so I lived here one year and moved out as soon as my lease was up. First off, we got eviction notices on our door every morning because the front office said they had reports we were being too loud. I was the only one home and I was sleeping! I would even get these when I was out of the country! The front office staff hates their lives! They will do whatever they can to make sure you hate yours too. There is one maintenance man that was very friendly, but I dont remember his name. They also like to come in your apartment unannounced and go thru your things. They even took one of my check stubs and said that I left it lying in the parking lot and that I would be fined for it! Please if you can afford it, do not live here. If however you are very limited on your income, then live where you must, but I would research before living here. The tennants all hate the staff there, so atleast you all have that in common!
GOOD LUCK!

Do Not Move Into Ashton Point!
-They send you eviction notices for no reason. (complaints of noise when your not even home.)
-Your children are not allowed on the grounds without a parent. Even if they are a week from being 18. The staff sends you eviction notices if they are outside without a parent.
-The property is not taken care of. There is cigarette butts and pet feces all over the property. The grass is dying if not already dead and there is always garbage on the ground.
-The maintenance staff are friendly but they never do anything in the apartments. You have to talk to the office staff daily to get anything done in your apartment.
-The office staff are rude and disrespectful.
-Most of the equipment in the gym does not work.
-The pool is usually dirty with mulch and dirt and there are no lounge chairs or tables like in the pictures.
-The jacuzzi NEVER works.
-You can't be in a group in the parking lot, your building, or anywhere but 'recreational areas' whether your an adult or not.
-The rent changes frequently, even if you signed a lease stating you would pay a specific amount.
-The staff walks into your apartment unannounced.
Bottom line, do not move here. My family has been living in Ashton Point for 3 1/2 years and have been trying desperately to move. If you can afford not to, do not move here. It will save you and your family a lot of stress and hassle.

That's funny. This place is not very friendly or accommodating, but you were not the only one living in your apartment. You and your noisy boyfriend would have parties late at night, your friends would come over and have altercations with the residents if they complained about the noise, and your BF would have altercations with the residents. This place is not perfect by any means, but it's because of people like you and all the other riff raff that make life here hell. If you are going to lie, make sure you don't give away who you are. As for the first response to this post, they are right, but it's the people that live here that make this place dirty, not the staff. The rules are there to keep the peace in this place. When large groups are outside, it's usually because they are drunk or a bunch of kids or drug dealings going on. Bottom line, the disturb the peace and so do the unsupervised children. No one wants to watch your kids for you. That is your job as a parent, not mine. If this place was able to get a large number of good tenants, then this place would be pretty good. However, the staff is constantly having to police the scum around here and they get tired of it; I would too. Should you live in the place? The question is; will you be the one policing or being policed?
