Is the community nice' Yes. Are the apartments spacious' Yes. Is the location good and close to everything' YES! But that is where the "yes" ends and the terrible begins. They (office staff) are real nice and quick to accomodate you when you are "shopping" around but once you sign the lease they become obselete. It took 2 weeks after moving in and my husband's daily visits to have them come and fix what was on our "move-in" checklist. And our checklist was done 2 days prior to our moving in so that we wouldn't need anyone to have to come back out. We had and still to this day have a MAJOR drainage issue in the pathway right in front of our door. We were told that it was the city's problem and nothing has been done about it! I ruined 2 pairs of shoes before finally taking them off and rolling my pants up to walk through it to get home!!! I could go on and on... we have since moved out due to my husband getting transferred and that in itself is an ongoing battle! I received the certified letter stating what I "owed" and there were items on there that was not on my final checklist that they were charging me for! Where do they get the nerve' DO NOT, DO NOT - I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! THE SERVICE ALONE SUCKS! And don't even get me started on the spiders!!!
