From drving by these appartments they are nice from the outside. The inside is nice with having everything NEW!!! But paying $887.49 for a one bedroom/1 bath is stupid. The neighbor across the way said they pay $850 for the 2bed/2bath up stairs. The office said they had a sale. Thats bull. Also, I can hear everything that goes on upstairs. The door being slammed,stomping up the stairs,talking,anything u can think of! I think thats ridiculous!! Also have a huge flea problem. told the office staff all they could tell me is,"I have 2 dogs and I dont have a problem and they spray once a year. No one else has complained about a flea problem." Which is a lie beacuse I know of at least 5 people said they told the office. Thats all that happend. As soon as I find a house I am outta here!

Also you are paying to live in a gated community.. the gates are 90% open everyday!

Oh you can get out of ur lease early by paying one months rent up front and if its leased in 30 days you get the days the apartment is rented back! So dont let them trick you into you cant get out!!!

I live here too and the gates are nothing but a pain in the ass!!! They're always open or broke. What's the damn point?

2 months after we moved in we discovered our apartment was infested with fleas and we don't have any animals. The office did nothing for us, but gave us a list of instructions on how to get rid of them. A big pain in the A@@. I spent over $100, I finally went to the local pet store and was told to use Boric Acid powder and sprinkle it onto the carpet. It worked! This place is definitely not worth the money....

I HAVE SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON MY DOG BECAUSE OF THE FLEA PROBLEM HERE THEY DID COME AND SPRAY MY APARTMENT WHEN I TOLD THEM AND THEY DID IT RIGHT AWAY I HAVENT HAD A PROBLEM WITH HAVING THINGS FIXED EITHER BUT THIS IS A VERY NOISEY PLACE TO LIVE IM ON THE STREET SIDE SO I HEAR ALL THE TRAFFIC AND THE NOISE FROM THE LOOSE SEWER GRATS DRIVES ME CRAZY AT NIGHT, BUT ALL IN ALL I LIKE IT HERE ITS CLOSE TO ALOT OF STUFF.THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH THOUGH
