After living at the Legacy for a few months, I have to say this place was a godsend. The management staff are extremely nice and very cooperative. The single bedroom that I have is larger and less expensive than the Legacy and its also on the first floor (I had to carry all of my furniture up two flights of stairs at the Legacy). Parking is easy, plenty of spots.
I agree that it is not perfect. I can hear people upstairs at night, but they usually aren't that loud. I had an ant problem in the beginning and I asked that my apartment be sprayed, and no one ever showed up to do the job (I got a can of raid and haven't had a problem since).
Compared to the other apartment complexes in the area, it is easily 110% better than any of them.

hOW ABOUT THE SEWER GRATES THAT SLAM ANY TIME SOME ONE ROLLS OVER THEM I HAVE ONE OUT SIDE MY BEDROOM NOT FUN!!!HAVE ASKED MANAGMENT TO DO SOME THING WHICH WOULDNT COST MUCH BUT THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE AND NOW THE FRONT GATES DONT WORK AT ALL THEIR IS NO KEY PAD AND THEIR OPEN ALL THE TIME YOU PAY EXTRA FOR A GATED COMMUNITY AND THATS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I MOVED INTO THIS PLACE,I WONT RENEW MY LEASE NEXT YEAR I CAN RENT A HOUSE AND PAY THE SAME AS LIVING HERE.
