Lakeside has very slow maintenance. If a complaint is turned into the office it is seldom that you will even see a maintenance person until you go complain again. Then they will come and look at the problem but if they have to get parts they forget to come back. The brochure says that there are free refreshments in the clubhouse, but when if you try to get a cookie management tells you they are actually for prospective residents. (Very rude) Most of the time they don't put any out at all.
