Lakeside is coverting to a condo. Basically they are nice apartments, but they are notsuitable for one to buy because the property is 20 years old, and there is no soundproofing;there are no firewalls and they plumbing is shared. Also rents will go up by about 200/month during the conversion.
It looks like mainly outside investors will buy most of the units.
