Lakeside apartments is to become Pierpoint Condominiums. The buildings' structure is a joke, who knows what's inside those walls. You should see the way they are fixing that place, covering everything up with paint. Plumbing is shared and never a reliable waterbill, cracks everywhere and the staircases are rotting away no matter how much paint they throw at them. Basically don't buy it, don't rent it, stay clear away from them, whether a condo or an apartment not worth it. Trust me I am being conservative, if I wasn't, you wouldn't believe the things I could tell you.
