I bet that half of the people writing the bad reviews most likely still live at lakeside now known as Pier Point....Sounds to me that they were upset about the condo thing...well change happens everyday and fortunetely they remained apartments because this is an awesome place to live all of my previous apartments before Pier point have had a snotty staff unwilling to help,over priced, mold, bad ac, turned into condos, loud neighbors, etc... but Pier Point has been a blessing finally we have found our home... It's affordable, clean, they have a good maintence person who gets the job done, the trees are beautiful,even the squirrels are friendly here, it's near everything, including the city center... the work out room is the best I've ever seen in an apartment community yet, but my favorite part of my new community is the staff... they go above and beyond to help their residents, It was hard for them to go condo... but they are back.. they are helpful, informative, loyal, and guenuinely kind...and they serve good coffee lol :)... I would be glad to go on and on cause I think that the bad reviews are lies from grumpy people who are negative and we don't want people like that in our community anyways cause they will complain where ever they live get a hobby and finally It's florida people hello it's like the mold capital of the United States...Turn your bathroom fan on, use lysol... and pull you curtain back and stop whining...thanks you Pier Point and by the way if you refer new residents you get $300.00 off your rent... come on hello...It's great to live here... they even have a pool...
