I loved the idea of living in a new apartment home. The staff is friendly, and the maintenance is fast.
Unfortunately, the crime rate is high, there is a definite bug problem, and the construction is crappy.
There have been numerous break-ins, robberies, and murders for such an up-scale apartment complex.
I liked the roach rodeo that the first person wrote on his comment. This is completely the case. I see at least 5 roaches a month. There is pest control, so I just don't understand how the problem can be this bad.
We have had the pipe break under the sink twice flooding all of our belongings. The closet doors just up and decided to fall off one day. The drain stopper in the shower came off. There are also nails sticking up from where the carpet was laid that we have to continuously nail down in order to not get poked in the foot.
We are moving out of state, but even if we weren't, we would not stay here.
Safe yourself some money, and go find another ??up-scale?? apartment complex.
