When I saw the legacy apartments I was immediately impressed. They were so beautiful - inside and out. I haven't been here long so I don't know much about staff or maintenance response yet. But I will tell you do not move on the first or second floor if you do not want to hear others above you. Sometimes it's so loud it sounds like people are coming through your ceiling. And mind you it's not the residents - they are simply walking about. But because the construction is so shoddy you get to hear every footstep. I can't tell you how annoying it is - especially when you have a headache. It's too bad really other than that it would be a nice place to live.

This is the worst place I've ever lived. The noise is unbelievable when you are on the first floor. Not only that, this place is full of Embriy Riddle Students who like to continously party! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have stains in my carpet that will not come out and I also have a hole in my carpet that Management will do nothing about. I have 4 cracked tiles in my bathroom that I was told prior to moving in that they would be replaced. When I followed up on it I was told that they couldn't do anything about it but note it in my file so that I don't get charged for it when I move out. Legacy calls itself Luxory Apartments, thats a load of crap! This place is a dump!!! Stay away if at all possible.
