Where to start' I wasnt notified of the crime problem that plagued regardless whether it was staff or an outside individual. The staff merely just wrote down items I had as they put "misplaced." Not to mention there has been a murder and rape on the premisis. The spiders that come in after heavy downpours is absolutely disturbing. I have gone to my physician with spider bites not knowing what kind of spider has done so and worrying it may be a brown recluse. The staff sends in pest control but that doesnt keep them away. All of my neighbors are very curtious and quiet yet I do hear them simply walking around and I can hear when they flush the toilet. I have been charged for having "excess trash" since the dumster was full. Despite all these issues I could not get out of my lease and not cause it was a contract but because the facility has changed hands yet AGAIN. I really enjoyed the scenery and pool and believe if they resolve these problems it may be a nice place to live. Do ask about the crime and possibly inquire about the deaths and murders. You do not want that apartment.
