I travel, alot. I am a freelancer, so I have had a lot of experience with apartment living. This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had. I would rather pitch a tent on the side of the GW than ever deal with this apartment complex again. They are not even competent enough to properly fill out paperwork. I had to fill out my lease THREE times. THREE. Because they LOST it. That's right, LOST it. There customer service is below pitiful. They blamed ME when they LOST my lease for the SECOND time. When asked how I could be responsible for this, there was no answer, just a nasty glare. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT move in here. The property looks like heaven, but it is just hell in a clever disguise.

This is FOR REAL!! Very true! I am moving out of here now, and had the same experience with the staff. They are ridiculous. If you come to them with a genuine concern or issue, they look at you as if you are a moron and speak to you as if you are a child. The office staff ONLY care about the "potential" tenants! This is my 5th or 6th apartment and CERTAINLY the worst experiences.
