OK, most people probably write these reviews just to down grade a place well in this case the cons far outweigh the cons. The office staff is the biggest reason not to live here. They are incompetent. One person says one thing and the other another. There really dont know the first thing about keeping the residence that they have happy. All they want to do is get more people in the complex and the hell will people that are already paying customers. Although the grounds a nice and very well kept, it just is not worth the money. Walls thin, no insulation, looking at a 150.00 a month power bill to not have to stand with no clothes on in your house in the middle of the summer. If you like 75 degree a/c in the summer, ha, figure 185. All and all just dont waist your time. These people that run this business really need help and learn how to treat there tennates with respect and be grateful that you where dumb enough to live her throughout your lease. I am still, still, living here now but only 27 more days! Believe me counting them and going to have the biggest smile on my face the day the keys turned in and the next victim will find their fate. Oh and the comment card, if you come and look at this complex and fill one out be prepared to be harrassed to the bitter end. My advise, LIE!

I live here now and will be moving out soon, and reading this is so chilling. It feels as if I wrote this myself!! I have the same exact experiences.
