this place is not too bad, I got a garage with my apartment that I put a hot tub in and have lots of friends over for naked skinny dipping and other things that swingers do. No one has ever complained about any of the girls I have had over for screaming too loud or anything. I dont mind the lawn people mowing at 8 am either, I enjoy the smell of fresh cut grass. I am thinking about digging through the floor though in my living room and installing a basement so me and my band can play where its always cool. I dont worry too much about break in's I have a pet Liger, you know the half lion and tiger creature with magical powers, he keeps any wrong do'ers out. Well I hope this review helps out with your decision it is a really nice place and on sunday afternoons we all get together at the volley ball court to dig in the sand for Jimmy Hoffa, its a real hoot!!
