just a warning... this place acts like they care to get you to sign a lease.... but after you do they will lie and pretty much ignore you. You have to call them twenty times to get something done and the maintenance men are pretty shady...have heard that they sell things from peoples apartments. The leasing office staff is completely stupid and fake. The apartments are not NEARLY worth the money, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing and pretty much what everybody in the entire complex is doing. Oh and if you think calling corporate will help.... your wrong .... they are as slow,classless and inconsiderate as the clowns at the office.Basically what i'm trying to say is for the sake of your sanity NEVER rent from here...NEVER

I just visited the apartments today and I have no idea where you go the idea that the leasing office care about anything. Their "friendliness" seemed like an act to me. The agent I spoke to immediately asked me to have a co-signer when I mentioned my boyfriend and I were both students. When asked if that was required of students she said no. As far as I am concerned no one in the dtate of Florida has a right to act that snobbbish to me considering its mostly new money down here!
