Honest review here.

Well this place is just like you'd expect. Lot's of college students, especially Riddle. Pet's are allowed which is great, however, there seems to be a flea problem. Take your dog for a walk and you can see them hopping. They seem to have it under control now. Other than that property is nice. There's a playground in the new section. There's a lake full of fish, which is nice if you enjoy fishing. Rumors of gators but I haven't seen any, still, don't let your dog in there.

I've had no real problems with the apartment and i've lived in a three and two bedroom. Sure some of the construction is weak but what do you expect. Not like you're buying a house here. The problems are minor. You're closet door might fall out of the hinges and the blinds are really flimsy. All minor stuff. On the bright side the kitchen is pretty decent and there is a washer and dryer in every unit. I see people complaining about parking but I've had no problems. There is also a pool and a little gym.

Good place to live, especially if you are a college student. Not a place to retire. Definitely better than some of the other places in the area. Port Orange is much, much nicer than Daytona Beach.
