This place gives the appearance of a suburban paradise but after looking into the community and calling the local police department I discovered that a lady was gunned down in her apartment. NO THANK YOU! I toured the community and it was very beautiful to the eye but when giving it a second glance you can tell that they've used the cheapest quality of everything. One of my fellow teachers lives there and said that her electric bill was over 200 dollars this last summer for her one bedroom. I'm assuming this attributes to the thin walls and cheap windows. Thinking this was just my co-workers personal bad experience I drove through the community at night time on the weekend to discover a wild party with underage drinking going on at the pool and even a girl throwing up in the parking lot. I'm sorry but I'll pass.
