Terrible place.

Thin walls, no security at all, walls are not even painted, upside down screws and staples in the carpet so when you walk on it they go right in your foot! PEST PROBLEMS! Oh and did i mention that your yard will be filled with dog ----' they never refill the dog bags so people, in turn, do not clean up after their dogs. The pool is like an over populated holiday inn on the weekends with little kids and families running around recklessly. This place is not worth the move in. There are better keep places that will not charge you so damn much for absolutely nothing. I'm paying a hundred bucks less now and I live in a condo on the water which has 600 more square feet. LOOK ELSE WHERE!
