If you like roaches, noise, and being screwed out of your money constantly then this will be paradise for you. We have been here for almost five years and it gets more like a slum every year. We haven't used our kitchen in almost two years because management has sat on their butts and done nothing about our roach infestation.

well if it is so bad why don't you move? you are probably at fault for the infestation. If you were smart you would go to authorities and report them for not maintaining your residence. Sounds like your a slob for living that way and could definetly done something about it yourself by now and subtracted it from your rent. As long as you gave them the opportunity first in writing and after nothing was done you can take matters into your own hands.
