I moved in to an apartment that was infested with roaches. The office doesn't keep up with their apartments like they should. I had to call and remind them ALL the time of my complaints. I think they discriminate. ------- is stuck up and has an attitude if you dare to complain about their disgusting apartments and must think she's better than others. Even though she looks like a monster with that ------------- No one ever answers the phone there. ----- doesn't even know what's going on half the time. She's useless, too. I think she pops pills behind her desk b-cuz the lady is like a zombie. It's scary how stupid all 3 of them are.---- will tell you one thing one minute and then switch it up on you later. She's nothing but a liar. She's a horrible manager and takes no pride in her job or her buildings. It's a horrible place and I don't recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy half-a** help and useless people. The roaches are disgusting and---- took absolutely no action in taking care of the problem. The entire building needs to be bombed, not just one apartment. All they do is scatter and eventually come back. I can't wait to move out. I've told everybody at my work, school, friends and family to stay away from Sunrise Pointe! They take all your money and in return you get a crappy apt to live in. They rushed me in giving them my money and signing my lease and now I know why. And the rooms are SMALL and the cabinetry----ap looking and ugly. Everthing about the apartment screams----AP and it's robbery for what they charge for rent. They try to sell you with their "berber" carpet. That's about as nice as it gets in there folks...berber carpet. Whooppee

We had the EXACT same problem! Thank goodness, we got out of that h**lhole last month!!!! I really feel sorry for you and anyone else who has to live in those roach infested apartments. Good luck. Try moving to Palm Coast when you get out of that prison. It is a lot----aper to live and you can actually live in a nice house. It is a really nice town, also.
