I moved in this horrible place in Sept of 08, boy am I sorry I did!!! From the start I had no door knob on the master bedroom door, the ice maker didn't work, the second bath/shower didn't work, the carpet had tact strip sticking up causing a very painful reminder each time I, or my children forgot. The caret is also so frayed that the concrete shows in my living room and my children s room, and of coarse with every vacuuming, it frays up, and certainly bound to burn up my vacuum as I have to pull back the vacuum each time a piece gets snagged and twisted in it. The garbage disposal has broken twice, the2nd time, after countless phone calls the maintenance man told my son if it happened again he would charge me for the repair!! Two months later, after an angry e-mail to the corporate office, they came in and fixed the shower...a month after that they put a doorknob on, and banged down the metal sticking up from the tact strip!! I also noticed huge red ants, that had bitten my son in his sleep. I brought my son to the office, where the very "professional" response was..pest control will be here in 4 days''!!..Really' I still have no ice maker, and bad ugly carpet. The complex is loaded with unattended unruly children, the same unattended unruly children also play in the pool dangerously jumping on skateboards, while older children use the pool as a hangout to smoke and curse. The noise level in obscene, you can hear, through the "sound proof" walls, a person coughing!! They pretend to have a high standard of excellence (what a joke), and the only thing that they actually follow through with is the late fee, which is close to mobster style collections...85.00 after 2 days, and 10 dollars everyday after!!! OH I FORGOT...I went through the coldest months of the tear with NO HEAT, and 2 children!! This place is a joke, the manager lies both to your face, and to her supervisors. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!

I remember you, you were with that carpet truck guy. Didn't you get kicked out for him being so loud?? And all the noise you and your kids made?
