I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now, and I am very pleased. Crime is not really an issue unless you bring it into your household, the cops are always patrolling and I have never(or my neighboors) had anything broken into. There are a lot of kids, but all harmless and positive. Apartments are really nice and big, and cheap for what you are getting. Maintence has always been helpful and the office staff is amazing ,extremly friendly, and honest. Never had any noise parking or grounds issues. Extremly clean and nice apartments and a lot of fun activities. They have a really nice pool and playground for the kids.
